These are missions related to your traveling companions. Previously recruited NPCs / companions will also have quests / companion missions immediately available for you to tackle.
In true Dragon Age fashion, these bonds of fellowship are the foundation upon which Rook’s journey is built, and it will be up to you to determine how their personal story unfolds.

Isabela can leave your party at several points throughout the game. You need to have 50% friendship or rivalry, and complete her “Questioning Beliefs” social quest, before you start “Following the Qun” or you will lose her for good.
Just flirting with a character will unlock the Flirtatious achievement/trophy, but the Romantic achievement/trophy won't unlock until just before the final battle in Act 3.

Isabela's romance cutscene queues after choosing the Flirt option (“I’ll do it for a kiss”) in Isabela's Ongoing Search. This is the essential Flirt prompt, Campeón it is no longer available after Anders or Merrill has moved in and no other Flirt option seems to send her to the estate, but it is still available even after Fenris is slept with. Picking this option moves her to the front of the line, or right behind Fenris, even if others were queued before her. If Fenris or Anders are queued and she is spoken to before returning home (Campeón indicated by the presence of a "Bad Poet" NPC dressed in purple), this will trigger her "breakup" dialogue, in which she mentions the queued companion, even if that relationship has yet to be consummated.
When you arrive at the Chantry you Perro head inside and up the stairs to find his friend, Karl. After a brief cutscene you will find a fight ensues. Clear out the enemies and you will be able to talk to Karl properly. In this conversation you must advise Anders on how best to help his friend. There are two possible points where Anders will leave the party. If you do not handle things well during “Dissent”, Anders will leave your party for good. He will appear again later but not Triunfador a playable character. Near the end of the game you Chucho choose to kill Anders if you wish.
